A perfectionist and an artist, Kevin was trained by Vidal Sassoon, followed by nearly thirty years of successful partnerships with industry icons including John Dellaria, Pierre Michel and Oribe, where he held the position of Creative Director. Currently, Kevin is the lead stylist and Education Director at the Rita Hazan Salon on 5th Avenue. He founded the first mentoring program at American Salon, which made him a natural choice to lead and create the successful training program at the Hazan Salon.

Kevin is best known for his beautiful, natural and organic hair philosophy while maintaining an industry edge in precision cutting and styling. His early stylist years were spent studying Jheri Redding products (founder of Nexxus® Salon Hair Care) and learning how to address the needs of African American hair. He is a firm believer in working with hair texture and finding the right products to enhance or transform it.

His latest venture is his partnership with Nexxus Salon Hair Care. As Creative Director, Kevin will have the opportunity to combine his vision, experience and creativity to influence the Nexxus family of products and help create Nexxus iconic imagery and new product development.

After graduating from Bennington College in Vermont, Dorram pursued her love of the arts at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Winchester School of Art in the United Kingdom. Sharon's eye for color and her artistic background led her to train under Louis Licari in the late ‘80s. This was followed by time spent with some of the most prestigious stylists in the world including John Sahag, Oribe, Frederic Fekkai, Peter Coppola and Sally Hershberger.

Dorram creates a look as natural as a child's hair, but adds a dynamic edge to it, constructing an eye-catching and remarkable design. She is a master of blending style with timeless technique, and is an artist at creating just the right shade for everyone who sits in her chair. Whether it is the perfect baby blonde, a deep mahogany brown, or a fantastic cedar red, you can spot Sharon's signature look from a mile away.

Along with opening her own salon in December 2008, Sharon's latest venture is her partnership with Nexxus Salon Hair Care. As Color Director, Sharon will lend her experience and creativity to the Nexxus Artistic Team and help extend the brand's expertise in the Color care category.

After training under Ginger Boyle, Aveda's Global Master, and graduating from the Aveda Institute/Aveda Advanced Academy in 2001, Paul spent 15 years honing his skills at notable salons in NY and LA. He has worked alongside some of the industry's most notable stylists including Tabitha Coffee of "BRAVO's" Shear Genius fame. For the past two years, Paul has been cutting and styling his loyal clientele at the Warren-Tricomi salon in West Hollywood, California. Paul is currently working with "Access Hollywood" to develop a series of beauty and styling segments.

Paul's philosophy is that a woman’s personal beauty is enhanced when she works with her natural texture, just slightly refined, to create a look that she can call her own. He understands that every woman is unique and that her hair should represent her own style rather than conform to trends. He likes to work one-on-one with his clients to help them define that style for themselves. Paul believes that with the right mix of products and easy-to-follow instructions all women can produce salon-quality results at home.

Paul's latest partnership is with Nexxus Salon Hair Care. As the newest member of the Nexxus Artistic Team and the brand's Celebrity Stylist, Paul will be appearing at consumer and industry events on behalf of the brand and will be helping to create interactive digital content across several online platforms. Particularly, for fans of the brand’s Facebook page, Paul will offer "how-to" styling videos, answer fan questions about products and techniques and provide insider tips to help women achieve gorgeous hair.
